The corporation was established in April 2014 to ensure efficient management of public facilities entrusted to its care by Dalseong County. The corporation is now engaged in the management and maintenance of various facilities throughout the county, including those for culture and education (DWCWC and Dalseong Culture Center), parks (Biseulsan and Hwawon Natural Recreation Forests, Samunjin History Park, Guji Auto Camping Ground, ferries, electric vehicles, etc.), and sports facilities (sports parks, the Public Sports Center, the Gunmin Sports Complex, the Nakdonggang River Sports Valley, etc.).
